By Industrial Oils, Base Oils, and Mineral Oils are accredited and tested by the Nanolab Laboratories Group to determine compliance with standards. Our laboratory, accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency for mineral oil analyses, continues its activities on Hydraulic Oil Analyses, Engine Oil Analyses, Compressor Oil Analyses, Grease Oil Analyses, and Turbine Oil Analyses.
Hydraulic Oil Analyses: Synthetic or mineral-based hydraulic oils are used to transmit power within machines or equipment. They are incompressible liquids, and mineral-based ones are produced from fractions of crude oil. The stability, abrasive properties, and viscosity of hydraulic oil can be analyzed.
Engine Oil Analyses: Within this analysis, we can determine the structural properties, additive and oil combinations, and the degradation status of engine oil.
Compressor Oil Analysis: By analyzing compressor oil, the operation of the compressor can be predicted, and various malfunctions can be prevented. Potential costly damages can be avoided. The control of compressor oil aims to prevent unnecessary oil changes, extend equipment life, reduce costs, and control contamination.
Grease Oil Analyses: Through these analyses, characteristics such as consistency, viscosity, and oxidation stability can be determined. The remaining life of the oil and contamination status can also be identified, anticipating any issues that may arise due to usage.
Turbine Oil Analysis: Tests conducted on turbine oil help identify the physical and chemical deterioration of the oil, contamination, particles, metals, and water. These routine tests are essential for determining the timing of oil changes and ensuring turbine maintenance.
